责任制护理教学模式在实习护生带教中的应用效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探究责任制护理教学模式在实习护生带教中的应用效果，旨在进一步提高护生带教效果。 方法 将2014年11月～2015年11月在我院实习的护生81例随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组护生接受功能制教学模式，观察组护生接受责任制教学模式。比较两组护生临床相关知识掌握情况及自我实习评价成绩。 结果 观察组护生出科后理论考核、临床操作、病历书写、护患沟通、病情评估及总成绩均明显高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组护生自我实习评价各项成绩优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 责任制护理教学模式能够保证护生在实习过程中掌握更扎实的临床理论知识及操作技能，提高护生自我认同感及护理教学质量，简单易行，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 责任制教学；护理；实习护生 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（c）-0147-03 　　The application effect of responsibility system nursing teaching mode on the teaching of nursing students 　　CHEN Cai-qing TAN Zhang-hong WU Hui-ping 　　Nursing Department，Zengcheng District People′s Hospital of Guangzhou City，Guangzhou 511300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of the responsibility system nursing teaching mode on the teaching of nursing students，and in order to further improve the teaching effect of nursing students. Methods A total of 81 nursing students in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received the functional teaching mode，and the observation group received the responsibility system nursing teaching mode.The clinical knowledge and self evaluation results were compared between two groups. Results The theoretical examination，clinical practice，medical records，nursing patient communication，disease assessment and the total scores in the observation group after graduate from department were significantly higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.The self evaluation results of nursing students in observation group were better than those of in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion The responsibility system nursing teaching mode can ensure the nursing students in practice to master more solid clinical theory knowledge and skills in the process，improve nursing students′ sense of self-identity and the quality of nursing teaching，it is simple and worth of clinical popularizing. 　　[Key words] Responsibility sys
