骨外科中负压封闭引流术治疗创伤软组织缺损的临床探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探索骨外科中负压封闭引流术在创伤软组织缺损患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2008年3月-2014年9月本院接收的创伤软组织缺损患者80例作为研究对象，行不同临床疗法，给予对照组患者临床传统处理，研究组患者负压封闭引流术，临床治疗结束后评定效果。结果：研究组患者临床预后疾病缓解率95.0%、不良反应总发生率5.0%，与对照组患者（75.0%、20.0%）比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者临床随访结果显示复发率为5.0%，明显低于对照组的20.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床给予创伤软组织缺损疾病患者骨外科负压封闭引流术作用明显，可提高疾病临床效果，降低预后复发率，值得应用。 　　【关键词】 骨外科； 负压封闭引流术； 创伤软组织缺损 　　Clinical Study of the Closed Negative Pressure Drainage of Bone Surgery in the Treatment of Traumatic Soft Tissue Defect/WANG Jia-liang，HUANG Yu-liang，WU Zhe-hui，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（08）：027-030 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore application effect of the closed negative pressure drainage in orthopedic surgery in patients with traumatic soft tissue defects.Method：80 cases of traumatic soft tissue defects in our hospital from March 2008 to September 2014 were selected as investigation objects，and used different clinical therapy，the control group was given clinical traditional treatment， the study group was taken closed negative pressure drainage， after clinical treatment the results of the two groups were compared.Result：The clinical outcome of the study group was 95%，the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5%，compared with the control group （75%， 20%），the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The clinical follow-up results showed that the recurrence rate of the study group was 5%，which was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical traumatic soft tissue defect in the disease patients’ bone surgeon closed negative pressure drainage effect is obvious，can be used to improve clinical effect，reduce recurrence，prognosis is worthy of application. 　　【Key words】 Bone surgery； Closed negative pressure drainage； Traumatic soft tissue defect 　　First-author’s address：Huizhou Central People’s Hospital，Huizhou 516001，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.08.008 　　目前，临床骨外科疾病患者中由创伤导致不同部位皮肤、软组织缺损现象较为常见，其主要特征为皮肤及皮下组织的撕脱，并伴有临床外部环境所引发的创
