INSTRUCTIONS FOR VENDORS AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS WISCONSIN OFFICE OF CONTRACT COMPLIANCE PURPOSE These instructions are intended to aid a vendor in satisfying the equal opportunity/affirmative action requirements specified in the State of Wisconsin contract Standard Terms and Conditions section relating to nondiscrimination/affirmative action. A vendor to the State of Wisconsin is obligated to these contract compliance requirements by s. 16.765, Wis. Stats., and ADM 50, Wisconsin Administrative Code. Should these instructions be inconsistent with any provision of Wisconsin law or Administrative Code, the latter apply.
