The Public Participation Process was aimed at establishing efficient communication channels that would allow all Interested and Affected Parties (IAPs) the opportunity to participate meaningfully and to also engage them in developing a Proposal for the establishment of a Catchment Management Agency (CMA) in the Mvoti - Mzimkhulu WMA.
