一种超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料 范晓勇, 余历军, 加万里 （西北大学化工学院，陕西 西安 710069） 摘要：以磷酸二氢铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺及丙烯酸树脂为原料来研制了一种超薄膨胀型丙烯酸树脂钢结构防火涂 料。并依据国家标准实验测定不同配方的防火涂料的理化性能和防火性能，分析了防火涂料的作用过程，并 提供了相应的检测标准和测试结果，给出了性能优异的配方设计。阻燃体系（磷酸二氢铵、季戊四醇、三聚 氰胺）的分解温度对防火涂料的性能有重大的影响；该配方设计使用原料简单，来源丰富，成本低，防火性 能好。 关键词：钢结构；超薄型；膨胀；防火涂料； 中图分类号：TQ 637.8 文献标识码：A 文章编 Study and preparation of A prescription of super-thin fire retardant intumescent coating for steel-structure FAN Xiaoyong, YU Lijun, JIA Wanli (College of Chemical Engineering, Northwest University, Xi’an 710069, Shaanxi ,China) Abstract: To prepare the super-thin fire retardant intumescent coatings for steel structure with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(ADP), pentaerythritol, melocol, and acrylic acid resin. The physical and chemical performance as well as fire-retarding performance of the fire retardant coatings with different prescriptions according to national standards was measured, and the process in which the fire retardant coatings work was analyzed, meanwhile the corresponding checking standards and experimental results was also supplied in the paper. The prescription design with excellent performance was given. The decomposed temperatures of flame retardant system (ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP), pentaerythritol, melocol) have a great impact on the performance of fire retardant coatings, and the prescription has simple materials with abundant resources, low costs and excellent fireproof performance.
