临床实习前进行内科强化培训分析 　　摘要：传统的高等医学教育模式在过去的几十年中为医学人才的培养起到了积极的作用，但随着国际化进程的逐渐深入以及社会医疗模式和人民群众健康需求的变化，高等医学教育模式正面临着不断更新和改革的态势。为了探索提高临床医学生临床工作胜任能力的可行的教学模式，对我院2011级八年制即将进入临床实习的医学生进行了内科相关知识及四大穿刺的强化培训并按OSCE进行考核，现将实行该教学改革的意义及体会进行总结。 　　关键词：医学生；工作胜任能力；教学模式 　　Abstract：The traditional mode of higher medical education has played a positive role in the cultivation of medical students in the past several decades. However， with the deepening of internationalization process and the changes of the social and medical model， the higher medical education model is facing the trend of renewal and reform to meet the he
