劳动力供求状况对外商直接投资区位选择的影响剖析.docx

摘 要： 上海大学 王建人 本文主要通过对2004-2013年中国30个省级面板数据进行实证研究，分析失业率对外商投资企业在我国各省市投资额的影响，得到劳动力供求情况对于FDI区位选择的影响结果。通过对已有文献的回顾确定控制变量，并建立固定影响变截距模型（FE）与包含时间效应的双向固定效应模型（Two-way FE）进行研究分析。分析得出，失业率对外商企业投资总额有正向的影响。失业率的增长会使得劳动力供大于求，使得外商企业可以增加投资额扩大生产规模。失业率的这一影响存在一定的滞后作用。通过变截距模型中截距项的分析，得出不同地区受到外商企业的偏爱程度不同。东部区域的省市由于其优势的地域特征而获得更多的FDI流入。西部区域的省市则较少获得FDI流入。 关键词：外商直接投资　失业率　劳动力供求 面板数据  The Effect of The Supply and Demand Situation of Labor Force on The Location Selection of FDI Abstract: This article uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China in year 2004 to year 2013 to make a project research. Analyzing the effect of the unemployment rate on the amount of foreign direct investment, the project research finds the effect of the supply and demand situation of labor force on the location selection of FDI. The research determines the control variable through a review of the existing literature, and then establishes FE model and two-way FE model to find a result. The result shows that the unemployment rate has a positive impact on the FDI. The growth of the unemployment rate will cause the labor supply much higher than the labor demand, which will cause the foreign enterprises to increase the investment in order to expand the scale of production. The research also finds that there is a lag effect of this effect. Through the analysis of the intercept, it is concluded that foreign enterprises prefer the provinces in eastern area to those in western area. Key words: FDI　unemployment rate　the supply and demand situation of labor　panel data  第1章 绪论 1.1 选题背景及意义 1.1.1 选题背景 随着经济发展全球化时代的到来，为提高自身经济水平，及时与全球接轨，大量吸引外资是不可少的。外商直接投资（FDI）可以增加国内投资，促进资本形成，吸纳劳动力就业，改善我国产业结构，提升我国综合国力。改革开放30年以来，中国通过大量吸引外资，有效地促进了中国经济建设发展，其成效有目共睹。在2015年，中国吸引的外资流入达到历史新高。那么，为获得越来越多的外资流入，我们有必要了解外商直接投资区位选择的因素。近年来，研究FDI区位选择因素的文献逐渐增多。考虑到外商投资可以吸纳劳动力就业，那么失业率造成的人才供大于求是否会因较低的回报需求而吸引外资？现已有的研究对于劳动力成本的分析主要针对于人均工资水平，较少考虑到劳动力供求情况的影响。失业率是劳动力供求情况的重要指标。所以本文选择针对失业率对外商直接投资额的作用构建经济模型，来进行分析研究。 1.1.2 研究意义 控制失业率一直是政府维护社会稳定的政策目标之一。中国人口众多，廉价劳动力一直是中国对外贸易中的比较优势。如今就业
