头位阴道分娩致宫颈裂伤原因分析及防治 　　摘要：目的 探讨分析头位阴道分娩致宫颈裂伤原因及防治措施。方法 选取我院产科于2015年7月～2016年7月收治的头位阴道分娩导致宫颈裂伤的36例患者作为研究对象。对36例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将患者的宫颈情况进行详细地统计和记录，并根据记录对导致患者宫颈裂伤的原因进行分析记录。结果 高龄产妇、应用催产素、宫颈糜烂等是造成宫颈裂伤的主要因素。在临床护理当中，应根据产妇的具体情况采取针对性的助产措施，以降低宫颈裂伤发生的概率。结论 在临床产程监测中应合理使用小剂量催产素，并提前做好接产的准备工作，若发生裂伤，应及时采取有效的措施进行止血。 　　关键词：头位阴道分娩；宫颈裂伤；致损伤原因；防治措施 　　The Analysis and Prevention of Cervical Laceration Caused by Head a Vaginal Delivery 　　PENG Jie-ru1，HONG Xiu-hong2 　　（1.Obstetrics and Gynecology Department，Yichun Second Peoples Hospital，Yichuan 336000，Jiangxi，China；2.ECG Room，Yichun Second Peoples Hospital，Yichuan 336000，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the analysis of the head cause vaginal delivery cervical laceration and prevention measures. Methods Our hospital obstetrics in July 2015～ July 2016 were head during vaginal delivery lead to cervical laceration of 36 patients as the research object.The clinical data of 36 patients were retrospectively analyzed， and the patients with cervical situation carries on the detailed statistics and records， and according to the records to analyze the causes of patients with cervical laceration. Results Elderly pregnancy， application of oxytocin， cervical erosion are the main factor causing cervical laceration. In clinical nursing should be adopted according to the actual circumstances of the maternal targeted midwifery measures， in order to reduce the incidence of cervical laceration.Conclusion In clinical monitoring of labor should be rational use of small dose of oxytocin， and to be prepared for the delivery in advance， in case of laceration， shall promptly take effective measures to stop the bleeding. 　　Key words：Head vaginal delivery；Cervical laceration；Cause damage；Prevention and control measures 　　?m颈裂伤是阴道分娩中较为常见的软产道损伤，严重者可能导致产后出血，甚至会危及产妇生命安全[1]。而头位阴道分娩中，导致产妇出现宫颈裂伤的原因很多，因此，需要对导致宫颈裂伤的原因进行充分地了解，并针对性的采取有效防治措施[2]。本文选取我院产科于2015年7月～2016年7月收治的36例头位阴道分娩导致宫颈裂伤患者作为研究对象，对产妇产生宫颈裂伤的原因进行分析研究，并根据原因整理出相应的防治措施，现特将结果汇报如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般
