It is given twice a year, usually in the middle of February and September. It includes 1 day-test on theory and 2 days-test on cases. The theory test on day 1 includes 6 subjects (medicine, surgery including orthopaedic and urology, paediatrics, genecology and obstetrics, and psychiatry). There are about 100 questions, most are cases and no multiple choice. Day 2 and day3 are practical cases with real patients in the hospital, one case each day, about 30 min of each, including case history, status and some simple questions concerning the diagnose and treatment. 实习医生轮转(AT)包括实习结束考试(AT prov) This used to be 18 or 21 months, depending on the hospital one chooses.
