The optimum synthesis technique condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment. When the mol ratio of acid and alcohol was 1.2:1 and the dosage of catalyst was1.7 %, the reaction yield could reach 93.5 % after 6 hours with the purity of 95 %. Meanwhile, the preparation of DA 6 citrate was also studied.
