To measure each areas performance we need to chose suitable performance measures. What may be suitable for Advertising is not likely to suit Sales. Measuring Product performance is different from measuring Distribution performance. BSBMKT603B S1 2011 GN PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE Each staff member should have a set of targets or expectations that are able to be measured. These requirements should be clearly understood and a regular assessment of performance against targets done.
