本科学生毕业设计 奇达股份办公楼设计 院系名称： 土木与建筑工程学院 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 教授 副教授 二一四年六月  The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of Qida shares office building Candidate Specialty： Class： Supervisor： 2014-06·Harbin  摘 要 本工程为奇达股份八层办公楼，采用框架结构，抗震设防烈度为6度，建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类场地。本工程建筑面积6000多平方米。本建筑八层，总高度26.2米，室内外高差为0.45米，女儿墙高1.2米。建筑采用矩形，总长度为43.2米，总宽度为17.4米。建筑立面规整，女儿墙用钢筋混凝土砌筑，隔墙采用空心混凝土砌块砌筑。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30（底层为C35），一层柱子截面为600×600mm2，二至八层采用400×400mm2,框架梁混凝土强度等级为C30（底层为C35），。建筑地点地质条件良好，采用独立基础，基础埋深为2.2米，混凝土强度为C30。 本设计以工程实例为研究对象，设计过程包括三部分：建筑设计、结构设计及施工组织设计。设计严格遵守我国现行规范，计算中包括地震荷载计算，内力组合，框架梁设计,框架柱设计,基础设计，楼板设计, 楼梯设计。 关键词：框架结构；钢筋混凝土；内力计算；内力组合；配筋计算  ABSTRACT This works for the city of Harbin?in the earthquake?Hotel,?located in Harbin City Hongxiang?Road,?the?terrain of the site?as a rectangle,?the?area of 80×60square meters. The project covers an area of about 1033.00 square meters, construction area of 5153.12 square meters. The main building is frame structure, 5 floors, building a total height of 18.30m, indoor and outdoor relief for the 0.45m, with high 0.90m. The building adopts a shape, a total length of 59.92m, the total width of 17.20m.Building fa?ade structured using yellow paint , exterior walls, parapet walls with reinforced concrete , are using the hollow bricks, windows are windows. The structural form of?cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure,?frame column concrete?strength grade of C35.?Site geological condition is?good construction,?is an independent foundation?under column,?concrete?strength grade of C25.
