2009～2014年滨海新区临床用血调查报告 　　摘要：目的 通过对滨海新区临床用血情况进行回顾性数据调查，分析探讨滨海新区的临床用血特点和发展趋势，从而更好地提高临床用血质量。方法 对滨海新区2009～2014年各医疗机构临床用血总量、全血和成分用血情况进行数据统计分析。结果近年来滨海新区各医疗机构临床用血总量逐年增加，全血用血量逐年减少，成分输血比例逐年升高，而成分输血中又以血小板和冷沉淀的增加更为显著。结论 成分输血是输血技术现代化的标志，成分输血成为了滨海新区临床用血的主要特点和未来的发展趋势，同时滨海新区的成分输血又以血小板和冷沉淀增长的最为明显，这是滨海新区卫生局大力支持以及全区各医疗机构共同配合的结果，因此滨海新区未来临床用血的工作重点不仅要放在成分输血上，更要以血小板和冷沉淀为主，进一步加强机采血小板献血队伍的扩大建设和冷沉淀制备技术的提高上，充分满足滨海新区对于这两种成分血的需求。 　　关键词：临床用血；成分输血；调查报告 　　Abstract：Objective Through to retrospectively analysis survey data of blood for clinical use in Binhai New Area， analysis to explore the characteristics and development trend of blood for clinical use in Binhai New Area，to better improve the quality of blood for clinical use. Methods To statistical analysis the total clinical use of medical institutions， whole blood and component blood data by 2009～2014 in Binhai New Area. Results The medical institution of clinical blood use volume increased in recent years in Binhai New Area， whole blood use volume reduced， component blood transfusion proportion rises， and component blood transfusion and with the increase of platelet and cryoprecipitate is more significant. Conclusion Blood transfusion is the symbol of modernization of the blood transfusion technique. Component blood transfusion become the main characteristics of clinical use and the development trend of the future blood for clinical use in Binhai New Area. At the same time， component blood transfusion and platelet and cryoprecipitate growth is most obvious in Binhai New Area. This is the results of the Binhai New Area bureau of health support and the district medical institutions cooperate together. So blood for clinical in Binhai New Area focus not only on the composition blood transfusion but also on platelet and cryoprecipitate. Further to strengthen the construction of machine adopt platelet blood donation team to expand and cryoprecipitate on the improvement of preparation technology.
