脑卒中及后遗症的中西医结合康复护理效果分析 　　摘要：目的 探讨中西医康复护理法治疗脑卒中及后遗症的临床效果。方法 选取中风偏瘫患者 66 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组仅进行现代康复训练及护理，观察组在此基础上采用中医综合康复治疗及护理的方法，并对治疗后患者的生活能力、肢体痉挛程度和运动功能进行观察。结果 上肢治疗后的痉挛程度分级评定：对照组显效6例，好转12，无效15例；观察组显效10例，好转18例，无效5例。下肢治疗后的痉挛程度分级评定：对照组显效4例，好转14，无效15例；观察组显效9例，好转16例，无效8例。观察组上、下肢的痉挛状态分级评定要明显优于对照组，有显著统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 中西医综合康复护理能有效减轻中风患者肢体的痉挛程度，改善患者的运动水平和生活能力。 　　关键词：针灸；按摩；中风；偏瘫痉挛；中西医综合康复护理 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effects of integrative medicine rehabilitation care act in the treatment of sufferers with spastic hemiplegia. Methods 66 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 2 groups， 33 cases in control group were given acupoint application of Chinese herb and breath exercise， while 33 cases in observation group were treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of the control group.Life skills， limb spasticity and motor function in patients posttreatment were observed. Results The upper limb spasticity and grades of control group after treatment in children was 5 cases markedly effective， 4 cases improved， 15 cases invalid. The upper limb spasticity and grades of observation group after treatment in children was 10 cases markedly effective， 18 cases improved， 5 cases invalid. Lower limb spasticity and grades in control group after treatment were 4 casese ffective， 14 cases improved， 15 cases ineffective.The lower limb spasticity and grades of observation group were 9cases effective， 16 cases improved， 8 cases ineffective.The TDS grading evaluation in observation group after treatment were evidently superior to those in the control group， there was a statistically significant difference （P0.05）.
