摘要堆焊是作为材料表面改性的一种经济并且快速的工艺方法,广泛地应用于各个工业部门零件的制造修复中。为了能够有效地发挥堆焊层的作用,希望采用的堆焊方法得到有较小的母材稀释、较高的熔敷速度和优良的堆焊层性能,即能够得到优质、高效、低稀释率的堆焊技术。45号钢基体上堆焊主要是针对摩擦副机械零件表面的磨损,分析了添加剂在磨损表面形成的保护膜的组成、形貌和厚度。目前研究45号钢基体上堆焊耐磨性能最常用的方法是磨损试验检测法和数值仿真方法,其中磨损试验法样品加工过程困难、成本较高并且试验周期长,而数值仿真方法快速、经济,但是模型建立难度较大且且计算的结果精度不高。本次研究采用焊条电弧焊工艺,选择厚度为5mm的45#钢板作为基体,在焊接工艺下使用D172焊条进行堆焊,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及金相试验研究堆焊熔敷金属的显微组织及构成,并且测试其样品的显微硬度。制备金属滑动磨损试样,选用环块型摩擦试验机磨损试验机进行磨损实验,对比不同的载荷、滑动距离条件下堆焊金属层的耐磨性能。经扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨痕形状外貌进行分析,研究堆焊金属层在干摩擦条件下的磨损机制。关键词:45号钢;堆焊;摩擦;磨损AbstractWelding is a kind of economy as the material surface modification and the process method of quickly and widely used in the manufacture of each industrial sector parts repair. In order to be able to effectively play the role of surfacing welding layer, hope surfacing methods with a relatively small base dilution, higher deposition rate and excellent performance of surfacing welding layer, which can get high quality, high efficiency, low dilution rate of surfacing welding technology.Surfacing on 45 steel substrate basically is to mechanical parts wear and tear on the surface of the friction pair, additive on the wear surface is analyzed form the composition, morphology and thickness of the protective film. Current research on 45 steel substrate surfacing welding wear-resisting performance is the most commonly used method is to wear test method and numerical simulation method, the wear test sample processing difficulty, high cost and long test period, and the numerical simulation method is rapid, economic, but the calculation result of modeling is difficult, and the accuracy is not high. This study USES the electrode arc welding process, choose the thickness of 45 # steel as matrix, surfacing electrode under different welding process, through optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and graphic test and research, the microstructure of the deposited metal surfacing and composition, microhardness and test the samples.
