攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 磷在锰的胁迫下 对蚕豆根尖有丝分裂的影响 院（系）： 生物与化学工程学院 年级专业： 2009级生物工程班 二〇一三年六月  摘 要 本课题为探究磷在锰的胁迫下对蚕豆根尖有丝分裂的影响。分别由氯化锰和磷酸二氢钾提供锰素与磷素。用一定的锰浓度与不同浓度的磷复合处理蚕豆根尖，然后镜检观察蚕豆根尖细胞染色体畸变情况。 结果表明当用2mmol/L的锰分别与13mmol/L、1.3mmol/L、0.13mmol/L、0.013mmol/L、0.0013mmol/L的磷复合处理根尖并通过三次平行实验后，在该实验条件下蚕豆根尖细胞平均有丝分裂指数呈现先增后减的趋势，在磷浓度为0.13mmol/L时最高达42.6‰；而平均染色体畸变率呈现先减后增的趋势，磷浓度为0.13mmol/L时最低至33.7％。说明在该实验条件下，有丝分裂指数和染色体畸变率与该复合培养液有明显的剂量——效应关系。 关键词：蚕豆、细胞分裂指数、染色体畸变率、KH2PO4、MnCl2  ABSTRACT This paper explores the phosphorus mitogenic in manganese stress effects on mitosis of Vicia faba root tip. By Mn2Cl﹒4H2O and KH2PO4 with manganese and phosphorus. Manganese concentration with different concentrations of phosphorus compound treatment of Vicia faba root tip, and observing the chromosome aberration in root tip cells of Vicia faba by microscope. The result shows that, when using the 2mmol/L manganese phosphorus concentration compound treatment with 13mmol/L, 1.3mmol/L, 0.13mmol/L root, 0.013mmol/L, 0.0013mmol/L, obtained by three parallel experiment: Under the experimental conditions，the average mitotic index of Vicia faba root tip cell increased firstly and then decreased, the phosphorus concentration for 0.13mmol/L 42.6 ‰ was highest; While the average chromosome aberration rate showed the trend of decreased firstly and then increased, phosphorus concentration was 0.13mmol/L for a minimum of 33.7%. The result shows that: under the experimental conditions, there is rate-effect relationship between mitotic index and chromosome aberration and the composite medium significantly.
