摘 要 关键词： Abstract This paper discusses the synthesis of sucrose esters of cationic lipid purpose, significance, background and development of the situation at home and abroad, with empHasis on the important intermediates of its synthesis and analytical methods sucrose as raw material in the p-toluenesulfonic acid and the role of DMF, the use of methyl ester Trimethyl to be sucrose esterification-6-acetate,and then in sodium hypochlorite and sodium bromide under with tetramethyl-piperidine oxide (TEMPO) to selective oxidation by 1,4-bit oxides,this compound is needed to go by esterify and ester group deprotection reaction, and then the target compound is obtained through the halogenation. In this article the last stride halogenation is described in the synthetic reaction of sucrose esters of cationic lipid purpose, in which material ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature are explored in order to discuss the effect to the yield of the target compound. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimal reaction conditions are as follows: (1) the mole ratio of material for iodine: sucrose diacid two lauryl alcohol ester = 8.0:1.0; (2) reaction temperature :80 ℃; (3) reaction time : 1.5 h. The yield is 53.7% and the product is white crystal. .
