Vocabulary: No. 11—15, school and classroom things, names of animals, fruits and colours, etc.
Skills: Listening, speaking, and counting.
Does the unit have a helpful sequence (e.g. ‘Meaning—Use—Form’)?
It generally follows the MUF sequence, but need to be improved. Taking Part A as an
example, ‘Let’s talk’, ‘Let’s practise’ and ‘Let’s learn’ are ‘Meaning’; ‘Let’s play’ and Let’s sing are ‘Use’; Though there isn’t a summary at the end of the unit, there’s one at the beginning.
