阿立哌唑和利培酮两种药物治疗精神分裂症的安全性及疗效分析 　　摘要：目的 探讨阿立哌唑和利培酮两种药物治疗精神分裂症的安全性及疗效。方法 选取我院精神科住院部收治的精神分裂症患者118例，按入院顺序分为研究组与对照组各59例，研究组患者使用阿立哌唑治疗，对照组患者使用利培酮治疗，对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果 在两组患者的治疗结果方面，研究组患者的治疗有效率93.2%略优于对照组91.5%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），对照组患者出现不良反应32例次，研究组患者出现不良反应18例次，研究组患者的不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 阿立哌唑和利培酮对精神分裂症患者的阳性和阴性症状均有效，而阿立哌唑不良反应更少、依从性更好，尤其适用于女性精神分裂症患者，临床上应当推广应用。 　　关键词：阿立哌唑；利培酮；精神分裂症；安全性；疗效 　　Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Aripiprazole and Risperidone 　　for Two Drugs in the Treatment of Schizophrenia 　　DENG Yan 　　（Central Hospital of China Railway No.2 Engineering Group，Chengdu 610031，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone for two drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods From our hospital psychiatric department admitted to hospital 118 schizophrenic patients according to admission order were divided into study group and control group with 59 cases in each group，the study group was treated with aripiprazole，the control group were treated with risperidone and the treatment results were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment of two groups of patients， the study group of patients with effective rate of 93.2% was better than the control group 91.5%， The difference was not statistically significant （P 0.05）， adverse reactions occurred in 32 patients in control group， 18 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the study group，the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion Aripiprazole and risperidone on schizophrenia patients with positive and negative symptoms are effective，and aripiprazole has less adverse reactions and better compliance， especially in the spirit of the female schizophrenic patients and clinical shall be applied. 　　Key words：Aripiprazole；Risperidone.Schizophrenia；Security；Curative effect 　　阿立哌唑（aripiprazole）属于DA （多巴胺）D2受
