　第 32 卷 第 6 期 　1998 年 6 月 上 海 交 通 大 学 学 报 JOU RNAL O F SHAN GHA I J IAO TON G UN IV ER S IT Y V o l. 32 N o. 6　 Jun. 1998　 收稿日期: 1997204225 李卫平: 男, 1973 年生, 硕士生. 邮编: 200240 一种高效 PWM 变换电路的研究 李卫平, 　张秀彬 (上海交通大学信息与控制工程系) 摘　要　PWM (Pu lse2W idth2M odu la t ion) 变换电路中, 可控开关在每次通断过程中要承受高 的开关压力与高的开关损耗, 而且该功耗会随着 PWM 开关频率的增加而线性地增加. 减小开 关损耗最有效、最直接的方法是采用软开关技术. 文中提出了一种最新的电路拓扑结构, 采用 综合零电压技术与零电流技术的软开关技术, 应用于升压式 PWM 变换电路, 使 PWM 变换电 路的开关, 既能在零电压下实现开通, 又能在零电流下实现关断, 从而大大减小开关损耗, 可显 著地提高电能转换效率. 同时提出了一种实用的控制电路, 不仅电路结构简单, 而且容易保证 三路开关信号的时序关系 (输入一路波形, 同时输出三路波形, 控制三个开关管). 输出波形完 全能反映输入波形的变化. 该设计思想对 PWM 变换电路的进一步研究有着积极的意义. 关键词　零电压技术; 零电流技术; PWM 变换 中图法分类号　TM 464 Inve s tiga tion on High2Effic ie ncy PWM C onve rte rs L i W eip ing , 　Z hang X iubin D epartm en t of Info rm at ion and Con tro l Engineering, Shanghai J iao tong U n iversity, Ch ina Abs tra c t　T he soft2sw itch ing techn ique is a m o st effect ive and direct m ethod to decrease the sw itch ing pow er lo sses.
