西部地区物流业 与区域经济协调发展及差异研究 李长珍 ，罗 瑶 （广西民族师范学院 经济与管理系， 广西 崇左 532200） [摘 要] 随着现代物流业在国内蓬勃兴起，物流业发展与区域经济协调发展，对实现现代化进程起着重要的作用。 在提炼西部地区物流业与区域经济协调发展相关因素的基础上，利用协调发展模型，结合西部地区 12 省市区 2003-2013 年区域经济数据分析物流业与区域经济发展的协调度、协调发展度，研究结果显示：随着时间的推移，西部地区 12 省市区 物流业与区域经济协调度呈现逐步上升趋势，协调发展度态势逐渐趋于平稳，除四川省外，其他省市区协调发展度偏低，且 协调等级相对较低甚至有省市区存在不同等级的失调，这主要是由于物流是一个正在崛起的新兴产业，伴随经济发展状 态，物流业正在逐渐适应经济发展的需求。 [关键词] 西部地区；物流业；区域经济；协调发展；差异研究 [中图分类号] F252.1 [文献标识码] A The Harmonious Development Between the Logistics Industry and Regional Economy in the West Area of China and the Difference LI Changzhen, LUO Yao Abstract: With the boom of modern logistics industry in China, the harmonious development between the logistics industry and regional economy play an important role in realizing modernization. Refining relative factors and using a model of harmonious development, the study analyzes the coordinated degree and the harmonious development degree between the logistics industry and the regional economy with economic data of 12 provinces and cities in the west area from 2003 to 2013. The result shows that the coordination degree in the 12 provinces and cities is increasingly rising and the harmonious development is gradually stable. Except for Sichuan province, other provinces and cities have low coordination degree. There is even a disharmonious degree at various levels because the logistics is an e- merging industry that requires time to adapt to the demand of economic growth.
