Module 9 Unit 4 Biblical idioms in English Teaching aims and demands: to gain some knowledge about the idioms, understand their original meanings and learn about their practical usage in English. to practice and reinforce the students’ reading comprehension and improve their overall abilities by participating in the activities. Teaching procedures: Step one: Greetings Step two: Lead-in To show the students some idioms and tell them to guess what each idiom means. Step three: Presentation Fast reading 1.
