What is related to the growth of children?  The growth of children is very important, it is not such a easy job, It takes a lot of time and effort to educate a child. In my opinion, there are three factors associated with the growth of children: First. Family In a family, parents play a crucial role for childrens growth What is the reason of this? The most fundamental cause is the rearing(抚养) of their children，this is the basic obligation of the parents. The more important reason is the parents play an important role to the development of the childrens personality and psychology. How should parents do? ①Parents should manage to cultivate a beneficial family environment in scientific way to let children grow up happily and healthily. ②Parents should encourage their children more when they make progress, which can motivate the initiative(积极性) of children. ③Parents should pay attention to daily communication with their children, which can enhance the affinity(增强亲近感) with their children. ④Dont commit domestic violence (实施家庭暴力) in any circumstance, which is very important to the childrens psychological health Second. School In school, there are several factors: Teachers During the three factors, the teachers is the major factor, there are several reasons : ①Teachers expectations for students will affect the development of students. It means, the higher expectation a teacher has for a student, the more possibility the student has to his success. ②The teachers words and deeds have positive or negative impact to students psychological health. For example, the students of an elegant teacher always behave in a very gentle way. companions ① The children will imitate each other between partners, a good partner has a good influence to the childrens growth. ②A good peer(同伴) relationship can develop a childs potential and strengthen the innovation consciousness(创新意识) and enterprising spirit(进取精神) ③A good peer relationship helps children to develop a positive character
