However, because of the own problem and external environment problems, especially with the financial crisis, causing the financial difficulties appear in the SMEs, then restrict the development of SMEs. Therefore, solving financial problem is a priority. This article mainly divided into four chapters：The first chapter is the definition of SMEs financing and simple overview, summed up the major financing channels for our country； The second chapter discusses the financing situation of SMEs in China and its in-depth and analysis of the causes；The third chapter presents the process of SMEs financing problems；The fourth chapter, according to the problems which appeared in the article, put forward corresponding solutions, only put forward corresponding solutions and action, the financial difficulties will be essentially solved, which can promote the sable and sustainable developme
