物流外包的利弊及其与市场诚信的关系研究 分 院 工商管理学院 专 业 名 称 物流管理 班 级 0910班 姓 名 指 导 教 师 2012 年 4月 15日 摘要 随着世界经济的发展，竞争的全球化，企业面临的环境日趋复杂，为了获得竞争优势，企业越来越集中自己的资源和业务，把其他业务外包化，物流业务外包作为外包的一种形式，是企业降低成本，增强竞争力的一种有效管理策略，也是企业优化资源配置和提高核心竞争力的有效运作模式。但是物流外包亦是一把“双刃剑”，给企业带来各种各样的好处，同时也有一定的弊端。在我国，许多企业都倾向于自建物流不仅造成大量的资金，人员的浪费，而且还阻碍了第三方物流市场的快速发展。究其原因是我国市场诚信体系的不健全，导致企业惧怕物流外包带来的风险。本文主要针对企业物流外包的现状、利弊及与市场诚信缺失而引发的一些问题进行浅要分析，对其有一个新的认识，并提出了加强市场诚信建设、完善企业物流外包的防范策略。 关键词：物流外包，好处，弊端，市场诚信，防范策略 Abstract With the development of world economy, the competitive global environment, enterprises are facing increasingly complex, in order to gain a competitive advantage, companies increasingly focus on their own resources and business, other business outsourcing, logistics outsourcing as a form of outsourcing is the enterprise to reduce costs, enhance the competitiveness of an effective management strategy, but also optimize resource allocation and improve the core competitiveness of an effective mode of operation. But also the logistics outsourcing is a double-edged sword, to the wide range of benefits, but also some disadvantages. In China, many companies tend to self logistics not only caused a lot of money, waste of personnel, but also hinder the rapid development of third-party logistics market. The reason is that the integrity of the market system in China is not perfect, leading companies fear the risks of logistics outsourcing.
