Palm Oil Research Institute of Malaysia (PORIM) 文摘：The results of an independent appraisal of implementation of the special-purpose program Development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of raw materials, agricultural production and the food in the Saratov region for 2008-2012 are presented. Examination was conducted in 2011. Budget of the program was analyzed according to compliance of the state support structure to new requirements of the World Trade Organization. A conclusion is made that more than 70% of budget expenses for agriculture appertains to a limited yellow basket. The amounts of state support per 1 hectare of arable land are reflected. Most of target indicators in plant growing branches except grain production are done and the ones on animal husbandry are also done. The result of investment project realization is industrial growth that is 26-250% and 1.3-4.3% in branches of food industry and animal husbandry. It was recommended increase in the short-term subsidies to producers and processors of meat, milk, sugar beets, fruits and vegetables, are presented. The priority areas of livestock are dairy and beef cattle breeding, poultry breeding and sheep raising. It is proposed to create logistics centers, information and counseling offices and consumer cooperatives in the all Regions.
