F ina lly, two shortcom ing s o f current green building assessment system s w ere po inted ou:t one was evaluation results hav ing strong sub ject iv ity; the o ther w as pay ing more attention to a new techno logy app lication bu t ignoring the actual operation effec.t Key words: comprehensive eva luation; g reen bu ild ing; green bu ilding assessm ent system 发展绿色建筑是在建筑领域实施可持续发展战 略的具体体现,而建立绿色建筑评价体系又是促进绿 色建筑发展的重要方面。近些年来, 一些发达国家相 继建立了各自的绿色建筑评价体系,其中美国、英国、 加拿大等国实施的比较成功, 且有丰富的经验值得借 鉴。我国学者在充分研究国内外绿色建筑评价理论 的基础上,结合我国特有的国情不断发展和完善绿色 建筑评价体系, 也相继推出了 绿色建筑评价标准 、 绿色奥运建筑评估体系等评价体系。虽然现有的绿 色建筑评价体系已经取得了很大的成就, 但在指标体 系确立、评价方法选择等方面仍然存在一定的不足, 因此针对现有体系的特点及不足逐步完善绿色建筑 评价体系,仍然是发展绿色建筑的一项重要任务。 1 国内外绿色建筑评价体系 1. 1 国外绿色评价体系 美国的能源及环境设计先导计划 ( LEED )、英国 的建筑研究所环境评价法 ( BREEAM )、加拿大的绿色 建筑工具 (GBTOOL)、日本的建筑物综合环境性能评价 体系 ( CASBE
