A digital audio-video interconnect standard specification based on DisplayPort Standard targeted for a mobile source device capable of audio-video stream sourcing with the following features: ? Enables transport of FHD60Hz audio video (AV) streaming over a connector as few as 5 pins found in the majority of mobile consumer products such as tablets and smart phones ? Connects a MYDP Source device to a DisplayPort Sink device via a MYDP-to- DP cable adaptor housing a simple sideband bridge, “AUX_HPD Bridge” ? Main Link passed through the cable adaptor (AC-coupled and ANSI8B/10B coded; deep-submicron process friendly and low EMI) ? Allows for the charging of a battery of a MyDP Source device with power from a downstream device (e.g., DP_PWR of a DisplayPort Sink device) ?
