开源遥感平台简介 共介绍四个开源遥感平台，其中国外三个，分别为OPTICKS/OTB/OSSIM，国内一个，OpenRS。介绍内容涉及开源遥感平台的简介、功能、产品、开发环境、Licence、插件开发。 OPTICKS 简介 Opticks支持对普通影像数据和多光谱数据的处理，对高光谱数据、sar数据，视频数据同样支持。与其他遥感图像处理软件不同的是，该软件对视频数据可以像其他遥感数据一样，进行缩放，平移，旋转，基于地理位置的关联。 功能 ?
