河 南 科 技 大 学 毕 业 设 计(论 文) 题目 柴油动力SUV车设计——变速器及操纵机构设计 姓 名 院 系 车辆与动力工程学院 专 业 车辆工程 指导教师 柴油动力SUV——变速器设计 摘要 汽车变速器的主要用途是改变发动机输出的扭矩和转速,使之能够实现变速行驶、倒退行驶,并且能够使驾驶员在不必停止发动机工作就能停车和停车时不必停止发动机动作的要求。 本设计是设计一款能满足整车要求,即规定最高车速、最大扭矩、最大功率等要求的 SUV车变速器。通过分析各类型变速器的的结构及性能,最终确定此变速器为中间轴式带副箱的5+1挡变速器,即有五个前进挡(包括超速挡)和一个倒挡,采用主、副箱结构,提高了轴的刚度。全部使用锁环式同步器,使换挡更加平稳,降低噪声。为了与整车相配,通过设计与计算得应该采用直接操纵机构。 通过传动效率和传动比的设计计算初步确定变速器主要尺寸,再通过接触强度和弯曲强度计算进一步确定齿轮、轴、同步器等零部件的尺寸及材料。从而也可以估算出轴承等元件的寿命。 根据整车、离合器、汽车横梁及传动轴等的形状结构可以确定变速箱箱体形状,也可以确定变速箱与各相邻部分的连接方法及结构。确定变速器的位置及连接时应该使变速器处于驾驶员最佳换挡位置。 关键词:变速器,SUV,材料,传动比,强度 DIESEL-POWERED SUV——TRANSMISSION DESIGN ABSTRACT Automotive Transmission of the main purposes is to change the engine output torque and speed, so that it will be able to achieve speed and backwards motion, and the driver can not stop the engine work will stop and when not to stop parking engine moves the request.
