设计（论文）题目 圆珠笔笔头注塑模设计 学 院： 机电工程学院 学生姓名： 专业班级： 模具设计与制造（2）班 学 号： 2011120133 指导教师： 2014年6月 20 日 摘 要 本论文主要阐述了圆珠笔笔头的注射成型工艺的详细过程，对类似的塑料制品的成型方法及模具设计有一定的借鉴作用，通过某生产企业的实际塑胶产品，利用实体模型测量产品的尺寸，对实体进行建模，并对塑件的模具进行设计，包括塑件成品的设计、工艺参数的分析与计算、工作部分的设计、模具结构的设计和加工方案的制定，其中重点介绍了模仁的设计与注塑模具的设计与计算，本文主要运用CAD及其UG6.0模块来完成整个设计工作。从中学习到了许多的模具设计的知识和对在校所学知识的深化，设计的整个过程实现了无纸化，有利于提高模具的生产效率和节约了生产成本，并大大缩短了生产的周期。通过本次毕业设计使我不仅掌握了塑料模具设计的一般流程，更学习到了好多课本上没有学习到的知识，通过这次想学习，在以后的工作中必定会更加得心应手。【关键词】模具的设计；AutoCAD；UG6.0。 Abstract This paper describes the detailed process of the display cover of the injection molding process, the detailed process of similar plastics molding method and the mold is of certain reference to the design and production of enterprises actual by using solid model, plastic products, to the size of the measurement products, and the model of the mould design, including product design, plastic craft parameter analysis and calculation, the working parts of the structure design, mold design and processing projects, including mainly introduces cavities and design of the injection mould design and calculation, this paper mainly using CAD and UG4.0 module to complete the whole design work. Learn to many of the mould design knowledge and on the knowledge of the whole process of design, realized the paperless, improve the production efficiency and save the mold production cost, and shorten the production cycle, Make me not merely grasp the general procedure of plastic mold design through graduation project once, study to the knowledge not learning to get on many textbooks even more, benefit me a great deal.
