Prof. Dina Wong-Remoto Central Problem What would be the appropriate salary structure for each of the employee under the professional staff as well as the administrative staff and what possible rewards can be given to them? Objectives 1. To be able to determine the most sufficient salary for each of the positions of the Professional Staff. 2. To be able also to provide for the amount of salary for each of the employees under the administrative staff. 3. To provide Asian Center for Policy Studies, Inc their Compensation system. 4. To be able to increase performance by rewards from prior excellent performances. Alternative Course of Actions: 1. Create a compensation system and consider benefits and rewards to be given to those excellent job performances.  First is to create a Compensation System for Asian Center for Policy Studies, Inc.
