Are they watching TV? Yes,they are/No, they arent. there is/are句型 there is/are 表示某处有某物。当be动词后所接的名词是单数可数名词或不可数名词时，be 应该取单数is；当其后所接的名词是复数的可数名词时，be用复数are。即“就近原则” Eg：There a lamp, two books and three pens on the desk. There two books,a lamp and three pens on the desk. there be 句型的一般疑问句 there be 句型的一般疑问句，只要把be动词和there的位置进行对调即可。 Eg: There is a computer on the desk.
