心理契约破裂与酒店员工离职意向的相关研究   摘要: 随着经济的迅速发展,酒店行业也蓬勃发展,酒店业员工年轻化、异动高的情况使这个行业保持其新活力,同时带来了一些不利因素。文章基于酒店心理契约破裂的视角探讨员工离职意向,发现心理契约对酒店员工离职意向存在显著负相关,并在实践与理论的基础上提出相应的建议。   Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the hotel industry also has developed.
