方向性電磁鋼片之集合組織演化* Texture Evolution of Grain-Oriented Electrical Steels* 1 1 M.C. Tsai Y.S. Hwang Excellent magnetic properties along the rolling G o s s direction . The excellent directional properties are {110}00 1 found to result from a high amount of Goss texture ({110}001) in the steels. However, the evolution of texture ({110}001) in the steels from a series m of hot rolling, hot band annealing, cold rolling, primary and secondary recrystallization annealing cm Go ss is not well k nown . Th is stu dy invest igat ed the micro-texture evolution in each processes by using of SEM-EBSD (Electron Back-Scatter Diffraction) technology. Result s showed that the Goss nuclei - pre-existed in hot rolled band and survived until the (SEM-EB SD) Goss secondary recrystallization annealing. The Goss nuclei had an average orientation of 39 from that Goss of their surrounding grains; in good agreement with 39 high energy boundary (HE) theory and coincident sit e lat t ice (C SL) b ou n d ar y th eor y. Th e Go ss Goss nuclei finally fully evolve and form a single Goss Goss texture that makes the gr ain-or iented electr ical steels having lowest core loss and highest magnetic inductions. 關鍵詞： Key words: Gr ain - or ient ed ele ct r ical st e el s , texture, pr imary recry st allization , secondary recrystallization.
