教学单位 机械工程学院 学生学号 201194014317 编 号 JX2015JZ317 本科毕业论文（设计） 题　　目 升高限位器冲压模具设计 学生姓名　 尚晓斌 专业名称　 机械设计制造及其自动化 指导教师　 李天恩 2015 年 4 月 17 日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 升高限位器冲压模具设计 摘要：冲压模具是现代工业生产中的一门重要的工艺装备，其技术水平已经成为衡量一个国家制造业水平的重要评价指标之一。冲压模具的设计包括冲压工艺设计以及模具结构设计两方面。 本次升高限位器毕业设计详细介绍了该零件一系列的模具工艺设计，包括工艺方案、工序安排、工序尺寸、使用设备以及模具类型。并且分析了升高限位器的结构特点并以此为基础利用CAD设计出了落料拉深弯曲复合模，通过这副模具可以加工出所需要零件的大体形状，然后再经过后续的修边加工得到最终符合工业生产所需要的零件成品。 设计成果则是得到了这副模具的各项尺寸参数以及其它零件的设计图纸，并且了解学习到冲压模具设计的步奏以及方法，若在现实中进行生产可以进行中批量的生产，同时大大减少在工业加工过程中浪费的时间。在限位器模具设计完成最后对本次毕业设计做一个概括性的总结。 关键词：冲压工艺，限位器，模具设计。  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III The design of increasing limiter stamping die Abstract：Stamping is an important process equipment in modern industrial production, its technical level has become one of the important indexes to measure a countrys level of manufacturing industry. Stamping die design includes two aspects of the design of stamping process design and mould structure. The increase of limiter design details of the mold design of the parts of a series, including the process scheme, process arrangement, size of process, equipment and die type. Analysis of the structure characteristics and higher limit is based on the use of CAD to design a compound die for blanking and drawing, trimming and piercing compound die, bending mold three mold, through the three sets of mould can be machined parts needed limiter. The design results is the size parameters are three sets of mould and design drawings and other parts, and through the Pro/E to create 3D parts, if the production can be carried out in batch production in reality. At the end of this graduation design is to make a general summary.
