内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：北京市某综合楼空调系统设计  PAGE II 北京某综合楼空调系统设计 摘 要 本设计为北京某综合楼空调系统设计。本工程位于北京市区，地下1层为车库及设备用房，地上6层，一层商场，二至六层宾馆，总建筑面积约7000m2。全楼采用集中供给空调方式，机房中设置三台水冷单螺杆式冷水机组。 根据各不同的功能房间，将该集中系统分为两种空调送风方式：商场、餐饮大厅、包厢采用全空气系统，由空气处理机组处理送风。客房采用风机盘管加独立新风系统，新风直接从室外引进新风机组，经过过滤、冷却或加热、加湿、送风机加压、处理到室内状态点后直接送入房间，不承担房间冷负荷。根据各种计算结果，通过性价比分析，进行了设备选型，确保设备容量、压强、噪声等方面满足要求。本空调系统的设计力求达到经济、舒适、方便、实用，并尽可能满足节能要求。 关键词：风机盘管加独立新风系统；全空气系统；选型 Abstract The design for the design of a building air conditioning system.
