Cavotec Power Connectors Industrial Plugs Sockets;;Take apart the plug by unscrewing the three Unbrako screws;Components;Slip the cable gland, washer, and rubber gasket onto the cable;Then slip on the bell and spacer ;Mounting terminals onto cable cores;Strip 26mm of insulation from each phase core;Strip off the insulation from each phase core. The conductor should reach the bottom of the cable terminal. ;The crimper should be a hydraulic preferbly type Elpress (www.elpress.se) ;To mount the terminal onto the cable, use a hexagonal crimp: either hydraulic or manual;Make sure that the stripped conductor is long enough to reach the bottom of the cable terminal;Crimp in the middle between the end and soldering hole ;Make sure there are no cracks or sharp edges after crimping;75;Apply the shrink tubing ;59 mm;Mounting pilots into insulator;Cut an 80mm length of 2,5mm2 single core insulated conductor. Strip off 10mm of insulation at each end.;Insert the ends to the pilots and tighten grub screws using an Allen key, size 2 mm;Mounting the earth and main cores;Mounting earth pin and terminal into the front part;;Final assembly of insulator, front part and bell;Inserting insulator and spacer into front part;Mount the bell to the front part and tighten the three hexagonal screws. Make sure bell is fully inserted.;Push the rubber gasket and the washer into the other end of the bell. The cable should be loose.;Screw the cable gland into the back part of the bell and tighten it up.;After the cable gland is mounted, apply the cable clamps. Tighten.;Done! The plug is now ready for use.
