PAGE  学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业 、班 级： 物流工程072班 学 生 姓 名： 指导教师（职称）： 评 阅 人： 完 成 日 期： 2011-5-22  PAGE 33 摘 要 在科学技术不断进步、生产的社会化和专业化程度不断提高的今天，一切物质产品的生产和消费都离不开运输。运输是物流过程的主要职能之一，也是物流过程各项业务的中心活动。物流过程中的其它各项活动，如包装、装卸搬运、物流信息等，都是围绕着运输而进行的。物流合理化，在很大程度上取决于运输合理化，所以，在物流过程的各项业务活动中，运输是关键，起着举足轻重的作用。这就需要企业在经营运作中，慎重、严谨的进行物流运输的相关决策。 运用运筹学的方法，把复杂物流运输的实际情况转化成数学模型的计算。运输决策是个复杂的过程，首先我们要进行运输方式的选择然后才能进行运输线路的决策，因此使得运输方式的选择也在一定程度上影响了运输线路的选择，而本论文所研究模型主要是针对运输线路选择而设计的，所以运输方式的选择对最终模型的建立也起着举足轻重的作用。因此我们在第三章进行了运输方式的比较与选择方法的介绍。 然后最终建立模型并且对模型的具体作用和解析方法进行详细的分析，最后达到运输优化的目的。 关键词：运输决策 物流运输优化 表上作业法 ABSTRACT In scientific and technological progress, production socialization and specialization of continuously raising the level of today, all material production and consumption is inseparable from the transportation. Transport logistics process is one of the main functions of the business, but also the center of logistics process activities. The other logistics process activities, such as packing, handling carrying, logistics information etc, are the surrounding transportation. To rationalize logistics, to a great extent, depends on the transportation rationalize, so, in logistics process in various business activities, transportation is the key, plays a pivotal role. This needs enterprise in operating, the careful and strict of logistics transport related decision-making. Using the method of complex operations, the actual situation of logistics and transport into mathematics model calculation. Transportation decision is a complicated process, first of all, we must carry on the transport way choice then can transport routes of decision-making .So make choice of means of transport in a certain extent has affected the transportation line selection.
