Theoretica l analysis for the assessm ent system s show ed that in the ex isting assessm ent system s the evaluation ind icato rs w ere set w ith the m ethod o f the full lifecycle, the hierarch ica l structures o f the assessm ent system w ere determ ined w ith AH P m e thod, the index w eightsw ere determ ined w ith De lph i m ethod, the synthesis index developed from linear summ ation to m ixed addition and m ultip lication, the eva luation resu lts w ere expressed w ith a grad ing system.
