2016-12-15 郭 2017-01-04 董 2017-1-10 主任加工 宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术后预防复发比较 宋兵文,龙文香,杨章莉 (株洲市妇幼保健院, 湖南 株洲 412000) 【摘要】目的：探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉在摘除术后口服地屈孕酮片（达芙通）或屈螺酮炔雌醇片（优思明）预防子宫内膜息肉复发的效果。方法：选取243例行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术患者，随机分为对照组、达芙通组及优思明组，每组81例。对照组术后未服用激素类药物，达芙通组及优思明组术后均周期用药3个月，随访12个月，观察3组子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果：达芙通组出现头晕2例，优思明组出现恶心、食欲减退4例，头晕、睡眠障碍3例，均自行缓解。对照组复发率17.28%（14/81），达芙通组复发率3.70%(3/81)，优思明组复发率2.47%（2/81）。达芙通组、优思明组复发率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05)；达芙通组与优思明组比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。???论：宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术后口服达芙通或优思明均可预防术后子宫内膜息肉复发，且疗效相当，达芙通药物不良反应更少，值得临床推广。 【关键词】宫腔镜；子宫内膜息肉；复发；达芙通；优思明 【中图分类号】R711.74 【文献标识码】A DOI:10.11851/j.issn.1673-1557.2017.01.0 Observation of Two Medicines for Prevention of recurrence Recurrence of endometrial Endometrial polyps Polyps afterfollowing hysteroscopic Hysteroscopic polypectomyPolypectomy SONG Bingwen, LONG Wenxiang, YANG Zhangli (Zhuzhou Children and Womens Health Hospital, Zhuzhou, Hunan 412000,China) 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of oral administration of Duphaston (Dydrogesterone Tablets) or Yasmin (Ethinylestradiol and Drospirenone Tablets) on the prevention of the recurrence of endometrial polyps following after hesteroscopic polypectomy. Methods: 243 patients receiving hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy were randomly divided into control group, Duphaston group and Yasmin group, 81 cases in each group. Patients in the control group did not take hormone drugs while those in the Duphaston group and Yasmin group took corresponding hormone drugs for 3 months. The recurrence of endometrial polyp in the three groups was observed during 12 months of follow-up. Results: Duphaston group had 2 cases of dizziness; Yasmin group had 4 cases of nausea and anorexia, and 3 cases of dizzy and sleep disorders; all of the side effects remitted spontaneously. The recurrent rates of the control group, Duphaston group and Yasmin group were 17.28% (14/81), 3.70% (3/81) and 2.47% (2/81),respectively.
