2013-7-13 中药口服配合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察及对肠黏膜IL-6、IL-10影响的研究* 18h，2013-10-11，临床研究 冯春霞1，张强2，陈晓蓉3，穆桂萍1，黄明河1 （1广东省深圳市中医院 ，广东 深圳518033；2 广州中医药大学，广东 广州510504；3广东省深圳市第二人民医院 ，广东 深圳518035） *基金项目：（深圳市科技计划项目）201003172 冯春霞深圳中医院中国广东省深圳市518033fengchx@163.com摘要：[目的]：观察理肠汤口服结合溃疡灵灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效，并检测患者结肠黏膜组织中的IL-6、IL-10的表达情况，探讨其治疗机制。[方法]将UC患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例，治疗组给予理肠汤口服及溃疡灵灌肠；对照组给予虎地胶囊口服，两组均治疗2个月。治疗结束后进行临床疗效比较，并利用免疫组化的方法，检测结肠黏膜组织中IL-6、IL-10在治疗前后的表达。[结果] 两组治疗后均能改善腹泻、脓血便、腹痛等主要临床症状(P＜0.05)，治疗组优于对照组( P＜0.05)；治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组均能降低IL-6的阳性表达率、提高IL-10的阳性表达量(P＜0.05)，治疗组优于对照组(P＜0. 05)。[结论]：理肠汤口服结合溃疡灵灌肠治疗UC有较好的临床疗效，能够明显改善患者症状，减轻肠黏膜炎症，降低肠黏膜IL-6的表达、升高IL-10的表达。 关键词： 溃疡性结肠炎；中医药治疗；理肠汤；溃疡灵；IL-6；IL-10 The clinical observation of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with enema for treating ulcerative colitis and the efficacy on intestinal mucosal IL-6、IL-10 【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of orally taken Li-Chang decoction combined with Kui-Yang-Ling enema in treating ulc erative colitis，We detect the expression of colonic mucosa in patients with IL-6, IL-10, and explore its therapeutic mechanism.Method：60 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given Li-Chang decoction orally and Kui-Yang-Ling enema; the control group was given Hu-di capsule; Both groups were treated for 2 months. The clinical ef fects were compared after treatments. By using immunohistochemistry, we detect two groups of patients with colonic mucosa tissue IL-6, IL-10 expression in the changes before and after treatment, and comparison.
