预防医学论坛 2006年3月第12卷第2期 Prev Med Trib Vol.12,No.2,Mar. 2006 预防医学论坛 2006年3月第12卷第2期 Prev Med Trib Vol.12,No.2,Mar. 2006 【论 著】 云南省部分静脉吸毒者使用别人用过的注射器的情况 及影响因素的累积比数模型分析* 罗家洪1，李晓梅1，陈良2，段勇2，喻箴1，何利平1，毛勇1，孟琼1 (1昆明医学院公共卫生学院卫生统计学教研室，云南 昆明 650031； 2云南省中英性病艾滋病防治合作项目办公室，云南 昆明 650200) 中图分类号：R163 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672-9153(2006)02-0129-02 摘要： 探讨静脉吸毒人员使用别人用过的注射器情况及影响因素，为有关部门控制艾滋病提供理论依据。 ［方法］2003～2004年，在云南省4个县（市）随机抽取968名吸毒人员进行调查，并进行多因素累积比数模型分析。［结果］968名静脉吸毒人员中，最近1个月使用别人用过的注射器的占375%，83%的经常使用。累积比数模型分析结果，文化程度高、静脉吸毒的时间长、年龄大、认为“看上去健康的人不会是HIV感染者”的吸毒者，经常使用别人用过的注射器的OR值分别为1030、0996、0395、1467；上述选入变量与偶尔使用和没有使用无统计学意义。［结论］部分静脉吸毒人员使用别人用过的注射器，年龄小、文化程度高、吸毒时间短和缺乏艾滋病知识者经常使用别人用过的注射器。 关键词：静脉吸毒；艾滋病；注射器；影响因素；累积比数模型 Analysis on the Situation and Influential Factors of Using Used Injectors among IDUs by Accumulative Odds Ratio Model in Yunnan Province/〖WTBX〗LUO Jiahong,LI Xiaomei,CHEN Liang,et al(Department of Health Statistics,Public Health Faculty,Kunming Medical College,Kunming,650031,Yunnan,China) Abstract:［Objective］To explore the frequency and influential factors of using used injectors among injecting drug users (IDUs),in order to provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS control and prevention［Methods］To investigate 968 IDUs by randomly sample from four counties (cities) from 2003 to 2004,and analyze the data by multifactor accumulative odds model［Results］The number rates of individuals who used the used injectors in the latest month and used frequently were 375% and 83% respectivelyThe OR value of using secondhand injectors frequently IDUs who were older,male,injecting drug for long time or regarded someone looked healthy as non HIV infector were 1030,0996,0395 and 1467 respectivelyThere were no statistical differences between accidental use or nonuse and the above selected variables［Conclusion］The influential factors of regular IDUs were younger,high educated injecting drug for short time and lack of knowled
