50 中国美容医学2016年5月第25卷第5期 Chinese Journal of Aesthetic Medicine.May.2016.Vol.25.No.5 ?论著? 透明成形冠在乳前牙美容修复中的应用效果 李文敏1，秦帅华2，闫长山1 （1.郑州大学第三附属医院口腔科 河南 郑州 450052；2. 郑州大学第一附属医院口腔科 河南 郑州 450052） [摘要]目的：观察使用透明成形冠对乳前牙大面积缺损进行复合树脂全冠修复的临床效果，并与直接树脂充填法进行对比。 方法：选择上颌乳前牙牙体大面积缺损的患儿68例（152颗牙），随机分为两组。实验组：76颗牙，应用透明成形冠技术进 行复合树脂全冠修复；对照组：76颗牙，去腐后采用复合树脂直接充填。分别于充填后6个月、18个月复查修复体保存情 况，并从边缘密合性、边缘着色、表面质地、继发龋等方面比较两组修复效果。结果：充填后18个月复查，实验组在保存 率、边缘密合性、边缘着色、继发龋四项指标上均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），实验组在表面质地的成功 率也高于对照组。结论：使用成形冠技术修复乳前牙大面积缺损，可有效提高修复体保存率，恢复牙体形态和功能，值得临 床推广应用。 [关键词]乳前牙；成形冠；龋齿；美容修复；复合树脂 [中图分类号]R788 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2016)05-0050-02 DOI:10.15909/61-1347/r.001148 Application effect of strip crowns in cosmetic restoration of primary anterior teeth LI Wen-min1,QIN Shuai-hua2,YAN Chang-shan1 (1.Department of Stomatology,The Third Affliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou 450052,Henan,China;2. Methods Maxillary primary anterior teeth with multi- surface caries in children with 68 cases 152 teeth, were randomly divided into for two groups: the experimental group 76 teeth, which were restored with strip crowns; the control group 76 teeth, which were restored directly with the composite resin after getting rid of decay.
