PAGE  PAGE II 摘要 近年来,国际经济活动发展迅猛,日益成为衡量一个国家竞争力的重要指标，特别是，自2011年我国加入WTO之后我国的国际贸易发展速度可以用日新月异来形容。所有的国际贸易最终都是通过国际结算而实现的，国际结算已成为国际经济与贸易领域冲突的焦点，成为发达国家及其跨国公司用来保护本国市场和侵占他国市场的贸易手段以及参与国际竞争并处于优势地位的重要武器。本文从国际结算的概念,国际结算在国际贸易中的影响这两个两方面概述了国际贸易中的国际结算方式,分析了国际贸易正经常用的几个基本的结算方式及其各自的优缺点和现状,探究了以上各个结算方式的制约因素,并分别从政府、行业、外贸经营者三方面提出国际贸易中结算方式的具体应对策略。 关键词：国际结算，国际贸易，影响因素 Types Influence Factors And Countermeasures of International Settlement Li Qian Abstract In recent years, rapid development in international economic activities, increasingly becoming important indicators of a countrys competitiveness. especially ，since Chinese accession to the WTO in 2011 , the pace of development of Chinese international trade with each passing day to describe . All international trade are ultimately settled through international settlement. International Settlements has become the focus of conflict of the international economic and trade areas.
