哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE  - - -  PAGE III - 文杉时尚学院教学楼设计 摘要 本工程为哈尔滨市文杉时尚学院校园内的一幢多层教学楼，设计基准期50年，安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼（屋）面、梁、板、柱均为现浇混凝土，基础采用独立基础 。本设计以工程实例为研究对象，设计过程包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计本着“功能适用、经济合理、造型美观、环境相宜”的原则，同时考虑消防、水、暖、电专业和甲方需要，充分利用建筑内的空间及框架结构的优点进行平面和立面设计，在平面和立面处理上，力求新颖，经济美观。设计软件主要采用天正、AutoCAD等软件。结构设计部分突出概念设计为主，计算为辅的设计理念，采用PKPM结构系列设计软件，对钢筋混凝土框架结构进行空间内力分析计算，其计算结果准确可靠，梁柱采用平面表示法绘制施工图。手算框架内容为荷载汇集、内力计算、内力组合、配筋计算。 结构设计本着“安全、经济、适用、耐久”的原则，进行了竖向荷载汇集，内力计算，内力组合，风荷载验算，板、梁、柱、楼梯等结构构件的设计。设计过程中，充分运用所学的知识，熟悉与应用各种设计规范与标准，了解和使用先进设计方法、计算软件。结构采用框架体系，既满足了建筑对刚度的要求，又能提供较大的可灵活布置的空间，从而更好地满足使用要求。本设计以国家相应规范、标准为依据，完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑设计和结构设计。 关键词　多层高校教学楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；抗震设计 Design of Wenshan Fashion Institute Education Building Abstract The project is a multilayer teaching building in a institutions of Wenshan Fashion Institute, which adopts frame structure, and its design reference period is 50 years; security level is 2nd; and its seismic fortification intensity is 7. Reinforced concrete frame structure means all the floors are cast-in-place reinforced concrete, which based on an pile foundation. The design takes engineering project as the object of study, its process includes two parts, architectural design and structural design.The architectural design is to meet the production process requirements,as well as to make the five, water, warm, electricity, other elements and the requirements of the first party into consideration. In addition to this, the architectural design should take full advantage of the space in the building and frame structure to make horizontal and vertical design, meanwhile, we stive for novelty, economy and beauty in the fa?ade processing.we employ Tensh,AutoCAD and other softwares in the project.
