四. 装运条款 P70;(一) 装运时间（Time of Shipment） 1. 明确规定具体装运时间, 采用较为普遍。 （1）约定一段交货时间 装运条款示例1 装运期为2011年5月份。 Shipment during May, 2011. 装运条款示例2 装运期为2011年9月10日左右。 Shipment on or about Sep. 10, 2011. （2）约定最迟交货日 装运条款示例3 装运期不迟于2011年7月31日。 Shipment on or before Jul. 31, 2011. ;2. 规定在收到信用证后若干天或若干月装运 装运条款示例4 收到信用证后30天内装运。 Shipment within 30 days after receipt of L/C. 3. 笼统规定近期装运 immediate shipment prompt shipment shipment as soon as possible(ASAP);（二）装运港和目的港 装运港(Port of Shipment)是指货物起始装运的港口。 目的港(Port of Destination)是指最终卸货的港口。 1. 一般情况下，装运港和目的港分别规定各为一个。 2. 按实际业务需要，也可规定
