余热锅炉简介
本余热锅炉由余热锅炉本体、汽水分离器、除氧器、水箱、软水装置、给水泵、热水
循环泵、电气控制台及其系统附件等组成。余热锅炉吸收排气废热，产生可供用户使用的
饱和蒸汽，达到经济、节能的目的。
The exhaust heat boiler is composed of boiler body, high pressure steam drum, deaerator,
water tank, water softening plant, feed water pump, hot water circulating pump, electrical
console and other systematic accessories. Exhaust heat boiler absorbs the heat of the flow
discharged by diesel engine, and it can generate saturated steam required for user, thereby
achieving an economic, energy-saving objective.
现将余热锅炉中主要设备作如下介绍：
The main equipments of exhaust heat boiler are described as follows
一、余热锅炉：
1.余热锅炉的主要性能参数：
1.1 饱和蒸汽产量： 18t/h
1.2 饱和蒸汽压力： 0.7MPa（a）
1.3 饱和蒸汽温度： 170℃
1.4 除氧器出水温度： 104℃
1.5 烟气侧阻力： 约 700Pa
1.6 余热锅炉最大外形尺寸：长×宽×高 3.39×5.18×8.0m。
