系统研发与应用 System Research and Application 区域性临床路径应用服务系统的构建与应用 何萍①　张佶② 赵蓉③ 杜宁③ 摘 要 针对卫生部开展临床路径管理试点工作要求，上海申康医院发展中心结合本市医改要求，组织11家三级医院共同启 动建设区域性临床路径应用服务系统。依托医联工程，研究和解决了系统异构和路径数据共享等问题，建立医联中心端和 医院端两层临床路径管理平台，形成统一管理、统一更新的临床知识库以及统计分析系统，实现各医院间的临床路径数据 共享。实验结果表明，通过医联工程之区域性临床路径应用服务系统的构建，有效帮助管理部门实时掌握临床路径系统的 使用情况，帮助各医疗机构强化临床医疗质量的精细化管理，推进上海市医疗体系的整体发展。 关键词 临床路径 临床路径知识库 统计分析 区域性临床路径应用 Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2014.02.009 Building and Application of Regional Clinical Pathway Application Service System / HE Ping, ZHANG Ji, ZHAO Rong, et al//China Digital Medicine.-2014 9(2): 26 to 29 Abstract According to the Ministry of Healths pilot job of clinical path, combined requirements of health reform in Shanghai, Shanghai Hospital Development Center began to construct the regional clinical pathway application service system with 11 municipal hospitals. Relying on medical engineering, we have researched and solved the problem of the heterogeneous system and path data sharing and so on. The project has been designed to have two layers, the center side and hospital side, and one clinical knowledge database, clinical pathway knowledge and statistical analysis. It can implement clinical pathway data sharing between hospitals. The experimental results show that the regional clinical pathway application service system can help to effectively grasp the clinical pathway in the administrative department in the city to carry out the application, strengthen medical quality control, and promote the whole development of the citys health system.
