常州大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 学号： 常 州 大 学 毕业设计（论文） (2011)届 题 目 九层商住楼给水排水工程设计 学 生 庄 旭 学 院 环境与安全工程学院 专 业 班 级 给水072 校内指导教师 魏 永 专业技术职务 讲 师 校外指导老师 专业技术职务 二○一一年六月PAGE  -  PAGE IV - 九层商住楼给水排水工程 摘 要 : 本建筑为九层商住楼，二类高层商住楼，总高度28.4米。一层、二层为商用房，地下室为车库，三至九层为塔式住宅。本论文就该建筑给水排水工程进行了设计，主要内容有：给水系统、消防系统/排水系统、屋面雨水排水系统。给水系统采用分区供水，低采用市政管网直接供水；高区采用变频调速泵供水。消防系统包括了消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统，排水系统采用污、废水合流制，并设伸顶通气管。雨水采用重力外排水的方式，及时将屋面雨水排除。此外还包括了水表选型，消防水泵、潜污泵的选型，消防水箱的设计等内容。本设计中给水干管和立管管材均采用钢衬塑复合管，其他支管均采用PPR管；消火栓给水管采用热镀锌钢管，自动喷水灭火系统管道采用内外壁热镀锌钢管；排水管材采用硬聚氯乙烯排水管（UPVC），水力计算按塑料管计 关键词 ：高层商住楼；给水系统；排水系统；消防系统；雨水系统；自动喷水灭火系统  The water Supply And Drainage Works About Nine-story Commercial And Residential Building Abstract ：This construction was a nine-story commercial and residential building, the construction was the second category building with a total height of 28.4meters. One to two floors are the star market, three to nine of the residential tower. The water supply and drainage projects was designed in this paper including water supply system carried on the decided region water supplyment in which municipal pipe network water supply directly in low-use areas and using frequency conversion water supply pump to supply water in high-use areas, Fire system included fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system.
